  Really let down. We don't usually eat out but it was a special occasion, and went to Samarco2 recently for breakfast. Meals were fine, no wow factor, however as pricey as a cafe on the water down the Gold Cost.
  
  When we went to pay, the eftpos machine was down. I completely understand its out of their control, however had I known this when we sat down we wouldn't have dined there. The cash we had was set aside for other purposes, and with coins in the car was able to cover the meals.
  
  What let me down was the way this was communicated, the way it was made my problem, and no offer to make good for the inconvenience. Could have been handled better.
